Refunds

All refunds are made at manager's discretion. The client is not entitled for refund if he has breached the terms of use or for unused subscription fees if he has terminated membership himself. In all other cases, please, contact Support.

Termination, Suspension and Cancelling

You can terminate your membership at any time in your My Settings or via a notice to Support. Termination by you won't entitle you to any reimbursement.
The Website may terminate your membership in the case, when you breached the Agreement, or the Administration has the reasons to believe, that the information in the profile is false and you refuse to send the verification, or in the case of multiple complaints of other users on your misbehavior. If The Website terminates your membership for the Service for the reason that you have breached the Agreement, you won't be entitled to any refund.

Special Termination rules

Right of Withdrawal for German Residents Only - You may cancel your Free or Premium Membership for any reason within two weeks of registration or purchasing the membership. In this case, please, contact Support and state clear your decision to withdraw from this contract. Your membership will be terminated within 1 day and the payment will be refunded. The User shall be obliged to restore any benefits received.
- In accordance with §312d Par. 3 BGB (German Civil Code), the Users right of termination will lapse prior to the two week period if the Company has begun performing the services with the express consent of the User or the User has begun using the purchased services.
Termination Rights of a resident of the European Union, but not a resident of Germany - if you have not commenced to use the Service and a 'consumer' as defined in the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you may terminate your Premium membership within seven working days of registering and have full refund. This is applicable to you if you have not sent any messages to other Registered Users and have not read any messages from them. For termination and refund , please, apply to Support.
Termination Rights of a resident of the USA from the states of Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio or Wisconsin - You may terminate your Premium membership within 3 working days after your payment. For cancelling your subscription and refund, please contact the Support.
